Responsibilities
- Consult with families to understand their memorial needs and preferences
- Present headstone, marker, and memorial options using 3D design tools and catalogs
- Guide customers through the entire process from design to cemetery approval
- Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline, and close sales consistently
- Build relationships with funeral homes, cemeteries, and community organizations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in memorial, funeral, real estate, or insurance industries
- Empathetic communicator who can connect with families during difficult times
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales processes
- Valid driver license and willingness to visit showrooms and cemeteries
- Professional appearance and demeanor
