Compensation: Base salary + commission

Possible earnings: $4,000–$7,000+ / month depending on performance

Description

Sales Representative helps families choose the right memorial by explaining available options, guiding them through the design process, and closing sales with care and professionalism.
The role exists to increase showroom and phone sales, provide excellent customer experience, and make sure every client feels supported during an important decision.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers by phone, email, chat, and in person at the Allen showroom.
  • Consulting families on headstones, grave markers, bronze memorials, custom designs, and installation options.
  • Following up with leads, quotes, and unfinished orders in CRM.
  • Preparing estimates, explaining pricing, financing options, timelines, and cemetery requirements.
  • Coordinating with design, production, logistics, and installation teams to move orders forward.
  • Maintaining showroom presentation, product samples, catalogs, and customer materials.
  • Collecting customer reviews and helping build local reputation.

Qualification & Experience

Previous sales, customer service, showroom, or memorial industry experience preferred.

Strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and ability to work with CRM, email, and phone systems.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Success in 90 days

DAY 30

Full understanding of company products, pricing structure, CRM process, showroom workflow, and basic cemetery/order requirements.

DAY 60

Consistently following up with leads, preparing accurate quotes, closing first sales independently, and maintaining clean CRM records.

DAY 90

Fully independent in customer consultations, reaching monthly sales KPI, collecting customer reviews, and managing the full sales process from first contact to closed order.
